Appointment Etiquette:

• Service times vary and treatments are booked by appointment only. 
• For your convenience, we encourage you to make your next appointment prior to leaving the spa. 
• To redeem a gift certificate or voucher, please provide the voucher number when making your appointment.
• To ensure a relaxing experience for all we ask that you do not bring children to the spa.
•  First time clients should arrive 10 minutes before the appointment.    
•  Late arrival will lead to a shorter service time.                  
•  A courtesy 24 hour notice is requested if you need to cancel or reschedule.  
•  A $45 fee will be charged if the appointment is missed.
